Switch E-mail

In order for Switch customers to continue to use their Switch mail address, I have sold the domain name to a hosting company, so that this can be achieved.

Anyone wishing to keep their Switch mail please E-mail darrell@lectc.com.au

For those that do not want to keep Switch E-mail remove@switch.com.au

If you have any problems please call 0889623124 and ask for assistance.

You will have 1 month to decide whether to keep Switch E-mail or not.

After the one month grace period ends and you have not indicated that you no longer wish to use your Switch E-mail you will be invoiced $60 for 12 months

($5.00 per month per email).

For users that have been setup your mail will start coming through, but because of the volume of mail it has slowed up the process of delivery, we are working as quickly as possible to resolve this issue.

Update to all Switch customers

Dear Valued Customers,

Due to recent events we have been unable to contact Switch customers and inform you of what is happening, we would have done this sooner but unfortunatly we had our access to our customer base stopped, due to a dispute between Switch and LEI (Netspeed), which I thought was going to be resolved on Friday the 2nd of May, unfortunatly when I arrived to go through with the agreement between Switch and LEI (Netspeed), it was taken off the table.

As a result Switch.com will close as of the 30th of June 2008.

Both Robyn and myself would like to thank everyone for their support over the last 10 plus years, it has been hard but very rewarding work and have enjoyed the challanges and changes of delivering Internet access to remote areas of Australia

HotKey Internet has offered to churn any Switch customers that wish not to stay with Netspeed

Hotkey or you can email darrelll@lectc.com.au to express your interest in changing providers

or call 1300 468 539 state that you are a Switch customer wishing to churn(ADSL)or new connection for dialup.
